Medida agro-ambiental “Gestão do Montado por Resultados” novo PEPAC

O MED é o responsável técnico-científico pela nova medida agro-ambiental “Gestão do Montado por Resultados” contemplada no PEPAC. Esta é uma medida piloto que visa a regeneração do Montado e que se aplica às áreas de Montado nos concelhos contíguos de Montemor-o-Novo, Arraiolos e Évora, e ao concelho de Mértola e freguesias limítrofes. Este projeto financia resultados ambientais, e não práticas de gestão. O proprietário pode aplicar a prática de gestão que considerar mais relevante. O contrato é por 5 anos, e o pagamento é relativo às melhorias na condição do Montado e ao resultado ambiental conseguido, em cada sub-parcela candidata.
