EGF 2024 | 30th European Grasssland Federation General Meeting
The 30th General Meeting of the European Grassland Federation (EGF) will take place between 9th and 13th June 2024, in Leeuwarden, Netherlands. The theme of this General Meeting is “Why grasslands?”.
The event organizers invite all interested to submit abstracts in one of the five sub-themes:
– WHAT? What is the role of grasslands in food security?
– HOW? How do we balance ecosystem services?
– WHAT? What methods can be used to monitor, evaluate and guide grassland management?
– WHERE? Which ecosystem services should we focus on?
– WHO? For whom are grasslands important?
Abstracts must be submitted till 19th September 2023 through the OASES platform: Abstract submission EGF 2024.
The Scientific Committee of the event will select the oral communications and posters. Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to write a full paper (three pages for proposed papers, deadline 30th November 2023). All accepted papers will be published in the journal Grassland Science in Europe.
