ALIMENTA SUMMIT’26
The first edition of the Alimenta Summit is scheduled for 29 and 30 October 2026, at the Polytechnic Institute of Portalegre.
This edition, with the theme “Designing Healthier Food Systems”, aims to bring together universities, researchers, professionals, communities, students and institutional partners to promote dialogue between the fields of food, gastronomy, nutrition, health, hospitality and tourism, and food design.
Calls for abstracts, projects or posters are now open.
