PhD candidate in Business Sciences, specializing in Agribusiness and Sustainability, at the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro and the University of Évora, with research focused on developing an ESG Assessment System for Geographical Indication (GI) systems.

The project proposes a participatory adaptation of ESG metrics to the territorial context, actively engaging stakeholders in the co-creation and validation of robust sustainability indicators. This interdisciplinary approach combines scientific rigor with practical experience in strategic consulting, fostering innovative, applicable, and impact-oriented solutions.

With more than 25 years of experience in the design and implementation of strategic consulting projects, I have built a professional path strongly connected to the sustainable development of territories. This journey includes the publication of scientific articles, participation as a jury member in public examinations, and the coordination of over 30 technical and scientific events at national and international levels.

I have contributed technically to more than 60 funded projects, both national and international, and hold a certified trainer qualification (EDF543438/2010DN), with extensive experience in facilitating and moderating seminars, workshops, and professional meetings.

As a consultant, I have developed a multifaceted career that integrates strategic management and marketing consulting, gastronomy and wine management, innovation management, and design thinking.
