Ibrahim dos Prazeres holds a degree in Communication from Lusófona University and a Master's degree in Management, specializing in Marketing from the University of Évora. In addition to being a PhD candidate in Agribusiness and Sustainability, he has a postgraduate degree in Executive Master's in Program and Project Management from ISCTE Executive Education. He was a collaborating member of CEFAGE-UE and CETRAD-UTAD until February 2023 and is currently a member of MED & Change since February 2023. He is responsible for agricultural entrepreneurship projects in São Tomé and Príncipe and a member of the research and development project team for projects such as the Sustainable Olive Oil Plan of Alentejo (PSAA), Gi Smart, Suco, and Cultvar. He also collaborated as a Visiting Assistant in the Management Department of the School of Science and Technology at the University of Évora, on a voluntary basis. During his doctoral studies, he conducted research on agribusiness and sustainability, focusing on adding value to organic cocoa production in São Tomé and Príncipe and on the governance and performance of its value chain.
