Veterinarian with over 13 years of experience in companion animal clinical practice, currently working in the fields of Veterinary Dermatology and Immunoallergology. She has postgraduate training in Veterinary Dermatology, including a GPCert(Derm) and a PGCert.Derm, complemented by advanced training in Immunoallergology.

PhD student at the University of Évora, where she conducts research in Veterinary Immunoallergology. Her main research interests include allergic diseases in companion animals, sensitisation to environmental allergens, the immunology and diagnosis of allergic diseases, and the application of diagnostic methods and immunoallergological approaches to veterinary clinical practice.

She has been involved in research projects, scientific publications, collaborative networks, knowledge-transfer activities and professional training in Veterinary Dermatology and Immunoallergology.
