About

Graduated in Biology and Master in Conservation Biology, he is currently a research fellow at the University of Évora. In addition to being a passionate naturalist and science communicator, he is interested in all levels of biological diversity, from mammals, amphibians and reptiles, to insects and plants, and the interactions established between them. It has already participated in projects on road ecology and minimization of the impacts of linear infrastructures, habitat restoration and recovery of degraded areas, environmental impact studies, and is currently working on the regeneration and improvement of montados through the appropriate management of scrubland/shrub areas, as part of the LIFE Scrubsnet project.
