About
Degree in Biology, (Faunistic Resources and Environment - 1990) and PhD in Biology (Ecology and Biosystematics - 1999) by the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon. Habilitation in Biology (2019) by the University of Évora. Specialist in vertebrate biology, specific areas of conservation, population and community biology, agroecology, landscape ecology, road ecology, ecological restoration, monitoring and management. With 30 years of experience in biodiversity conservation and management projects in partnership with public and private entities and non-governmental organizations.
