The 12th International Conference on Food Chemistry & Technology (FCT-2026) will take place in Valencia, Spain, from 19 to 21 October 2026.
The FCT Annual Conference is organised by the United Scientific Group and serves as a meeting point for the food research community, where chemists, analysts, scientists and early-career researchers come together to share cutting-edge research and innovations in the field of food science and technology.
Applications for poster presentations are currently open, with the top two entries receiving an award.
