Call for Applications for PhD Senior Technician – Biology or Ecology – EcoMargins Project

A public recruitment procedure is hereby opened for the filling of one position in the category of Senior Technician under a fixed-term employment contract, within the scope of the EcoMargins project, funded by COMPETE2030–FEDER.

The position involves duties corresponding to the category of Senior Technician holding a PhD degree, with a research-oriented profile, to carry out research activities and provide technical-scientific coordination in the field of applied ecology, specifically related to the study and ecological enhancement of linear marginal habitats in agricultural landscapes.

The responsibilities include the planning, implementation and supervision of ecological and environmental data collection tasks (including remote sensing), the integration and analysis of information on fauna, vegetation and landscape structure, as well as the communication and transfer of technical-scientific knowledge resulting from the activities developed.
