About
Master in Conservation Biology and guest research assistant at MED (Mediterranean Institute of Agriculture, Environment and Development, UÉvora), Cristina Baião has worked in social involvement in nature conservation projects since 2009. She acquired extensive professional experience as a technician at LPN – League for the Protection of Nature in the LIFE Charcos and LIFE Imperial projects. In 2019, she began research at UÉvora on ecosystem services and socio-ecological relationships within the scope of the LIFE-Relict project, as well as providing support to the management of this project. She is currently the manager of the Zimbral for LIFE project.
